Conditions for Return
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 90 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition and in a resalable condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging. Items must be accompanied by the original invoice. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Final Sale items are items purchased using a coupon code or during a sales period.
All Wholesale Orders are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HijabPlanet.Com reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As HijabPlanet.Com adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by dropping us a email.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country's local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged Items / Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
