Conditions for Full Refund
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition and in a resalable condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging. Items must be accompanied by the original invoice. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Final Sale items are items purchased using a 'CLEARANCE' discount code.
All Wholesale Orders are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Hijab Planet reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As Hijab Planet adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically:
1. Go to our Returns Center
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guideline.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country's local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
By default, all refunds will only be done via store credit. Unless requested otherwise, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Once your refund has been processed, any store credit provided beforehand will be cancelled.
A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
The outbound shipping fee ($4 per item) will be deducted if the order no longer satisfies free shipping criteria due to returned items.
If you send items back that are purchased using a coupon code, you may be subject to store credit.
Damaged Items / Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
