We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, HijabPlanet Co. gladly accepts returns that meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition and in a resalable condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer.
We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
All Wholesale Orders are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HijabPlanet Co. reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As HijabPlanet Co. adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically:
1. Go to our Returns Center
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guideline.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country's local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
By default, all refunds will only be done via store credit.
Buyer will be refunded full purchase price (minus any shipping costs*)
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.
Unless requested otherwise, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, any store credit provided beforehand will be cancelled. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Silk scarves especially are delicate and require proper handling. Folding and packaging properly ensures that we will be able to resell item to other customers in the future.
We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time, even if it is within the return policy. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and to charge the buyer for shipping costs (especially on orders that received free shipping).
Damaged Items / Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honour changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
Please note: HijabPlanet Co. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
*Please note: Merchandise not following these guidelines will not be accepted, including merchandise that shows signs of use, or items damaged due to improper return packaging.
