COVID-19 has resulted in significant disruption in international airfreight movements. Some international services may not be available, and all international shipments will be significantly delayed.
We seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.

Every order ships direct from one of our locations:
- Istanbul, Turkey
- Singapore
We offer both standard and express delivery types. Tracking is available for both shipping methods.
We will process each order within 3 business days of the order date. Most orders ship the next business day. Currently all retail orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce or SingPost.
Orders may ship in 1 or 2 shipments when Free Shipping is applied. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services. Please note that during high volume sales, discounts and promotional period, orders may take a few extra days to process.
We aim to deliver within the promised time frame. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, and pandemic .
We also have no control over how long your custom office holds onto your package. Hijab Planet is not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

Express Shipping - Orders placed by 5:00 pm. PST with paid express shipping, will be shipped via DHL. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. You must choose express shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Hijab Planet due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Hijab Planet is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Hijab Planet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Hijab Planet will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
