Refund and Exchange

THE POLICY

The customer is always right. We at HijabPlanet always want the customer to be satisfied with their purchase; therefore we offer a universal exchange and refund policy.
Please read the information below to ensure you agree with the terms:
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND ON A PRODUCT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
·         YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE DESIGN WHEN IT ARRIVES
·         THE QUALITY IS TO NOT YOUR SATISFACTION WHEN IT ARRIVES

OPTION 1 – EXCHANGE
You can ask for an exchange for another scarf. The terms are that you are to send the product back to HijabPlanet via a registered mail service so we have proof arrival. As soon as it arrives our customer care team will email you to notify you we received it and to confirm which replacement you require. The new product/s will be posted back to you via the STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE (please see shipping section for more information about this service).
OPTION 2 – REFUND
You can get a full refund on your product apart from the postage costs. The terms are that you are to send the product back to HijabPlanet via a registered mail service so we have proof of arrival. As soon as it arrives our customer care team will email you to notify you we received it and then HijabPlanet will refund it back to your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
·         THE PRODUCT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ARRIVED WITH YOU
·         YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM DAY OF RECEIPT TO CONTACT HIJABPLANET FOR A REFUND OR EXHANGE. UNFORTUNATLEY AFTER THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. AT THIS POINT WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WE ARE ALSO FELIXBLE WITH THIS AND WANT TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY – SO CONTACT US ANYWAY.
